The Country Club Rules and Regulations Pass-Holder Agreement The Country Club – 634 Louisa St. New Orleans, LA 70117 The Country Club is committed to the principle that all members of the public have a right to be treated fairly and without discrimination on the basis of race, color, gender, marital status, age creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical condition, or disability and that all pass-holders who seek employment or recreation privileges or other services will be treated fairly and without prejudice. THE CLUB refers to the facilities themselves and the operation of those facilities for the benefit of the pass-holders. PASS-HOLDER A pass-holder has the contractual privilege of entering The Club premises for the purpose of using and enjoying the available facilities at a time and manner set forth by The Club. A pass does not entitle any person to any priority right, title or interest in The Club facilities or the land on which The Club is located and confers no right to participate in the management or operation of The Club. Any pass-holder must practice good hygiene at all times. Serious body odors or hygienic problems will not and cannot be tolerated. Pass-holders are required to shower prior to entering either the swimming pool or hot tub. Any type of sexual harassment or any improper, in appropriate or offensive sexual behavior of any nature or kind whatsoever is unacceptable and strictly prohibited, irrespective of sex or sexual preference. Obnoxious or offensive behavior of any kind whatsoever is unacceptable. Any verbal, physical or psychological abuse or harassment to any quest or employee is strictly prohibited. LIABILITY OF PASS-HOLDERS Any pass-holder, guest, or other person who in any manner makes use of or accepts the use of the many apparatus, appliances, facility privileges or services of The Club or who engages in any contest, game, function , exercise, competition or other activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by The Club, either on or off The Club premises, shall do so at his or her own risk and shall hold the owners and their principles, directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents harmless from any and all loss, cost, claim injury, damage, and liability sustained and/or resulting from the negligence or another act of any principle, director, officer, partner, employee, representative or agent of the owner. THE OPERATING RULES AND REGULATIONS are established, published, and may be amended solely by the management. In addition, management has the unqualified right to modify these rules and regulations at any time and establish other rules and regulations at any time that it is determined appropriate to the operation or financial integrity of The Club or the proper and appropriate use of its facilities. If The Club should bring suit against any pass-holder for damages resulting from a violation of this pass-holder agreement or for payment of any indebtedness owed or incurred by the pass-holder, The Club shall be entitled to collect, as part of any judgement, all costs and expenses incurred in the suit, including attorney’s fees. AGE REQUIREMENT All guests and pass-holders of the club must be 21 years of age or older. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are not permitted on the premises. SWIMMING POOL, HOT TUB, AND SAUNA rules are posted in The Club and must be observed at all times. No persons under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs are to enter the pool, hot tub, or sauna at any time. TOILET AND SHOWER FACILITIES Gender-specific facilities may only be used by the respective gender if posted as such. DRESS CODE The Country Club will enforce dress code policies based on the gender stated on an individual’s VALID LEGAL ID presented upon check-in.
