Reveillon Special

During the month of December enjoy a festive feast to reawaken the senses and celebrate the joys of the season. Reveillon is available from 5-9 pm nightly with the exception of Dec. 6th, Christmas Eve and Christmas day when we will be closed for the holidays. Due to limited supply and staffing, this special will not be available on New Years Eve.

1st Course

Blue Crab Salad : Jumbo lump crabmeat, winter citrus, mustard greens, shaved radish, Parmesan crostini

2nd Course

Oyster Stew : Louisiana oysters, fennel, bacon, and potatoes with cream, a splash of Herbsaint and puff pastry

3rd Course

Colorado Lamb Chop : Double cut lamb chop with artichoke soubise, Boulanger potatoes, lamb jus, and brandied cherries

4th Course

Mont Blanc : Hazel nut dacquoise, Bavarian cream, and chestnut puree
